Publix + Old El Paso
Role: Designer
Project Brief
Create, design, and build out two “food truck”-inspired in-store displays for Publix grocery stores, one being an evergreen summer display, featuring General Mills food chosen by Publix, the second inspiring shoppers to plan for an at-home taco night with Old El Paso (owned by General Mills).
Project Experience
During my 5 month contract with the agency Curb Crowser, I worked with a few different food brands and grocery store-specific projects. While I never got to see this project in real life, I learned a lot from this deceptively (not so) small project: to-size design files, large scale print production, mockup, and in-store display design. Our creative group was small but mighty, and I worked closely with my creative director and production designer to help this display come to life. The General Mills client loved the final product, with only a few rounds of small revisions.
